I wished I had met Laura a year ago as my husband and myself bought a home without using a Realtor. I actually had gone through the real estate prep course but had not activated my license, foolishly I thought I knew enough to get through this sale and thought I didn't need an agent. Little did I know that the seller pays all of the commission and I could have had an agent at no cost!
